Online Registration - **Only for students NEW to Palm Beach County Schools**
Students who have a Student ID and who are enrolled in or participating in any of the following programs or activities will need to register in person at their zoned school.

• Students currently enrolled in Palm Beach County School District, including charter schools and pre-k programs

• Childfind

• Migrant Education Programs

• Teen Parent Program

• School Choice Lottery

• Any other program where a student already has a School District of Palm Beach County student number

Required Documents

• Two Proofs of Residence in Palm Beach County (see Registration Checklist below)

• Record of immunizations (DH 680 or DH 681)

• Record of physical (DH 3040 - Page 1 and 2 are required)

• Proof of birth (Birth Certificate, passport, religious record, etc.)

• Additional helpful documents or documents from previous school(s)
